Terms of sale
Last updated: 3 November 2026
1. Seller
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Lukas Align online store. The store is operated by an individual business registered in France. Full seller details (name, address, registration number) are set out in our Legal Notice. Contact: dylanvrmtpro@gmail.com.
2. Scope
These terms apply to purchases made by consumers for personal use. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
3. Products
We describe each product (materials, dimensions, colours) as accurately as possible. Dimensions are approximate and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product photos are for illustration. Our products are designed for comfort and are not medical devices. Offers are valid while stock lasts.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD), or in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping to Australia and New Zealand is free. The total amount payable, including any discount, is shown before you confirm your order. We may change prices at any time, but the price applied is the one displayed when you place your order.
5. Placing an order
To order, add products to your cart, enter your delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm. Your order is accepted when you receive our order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a previous dispute; any amount paid is then refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is processed once payment is authorised.
7. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 6–12 business days after dispatch, with tracking. Delivery times are estimates. Ownership of the goods and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery. If your parcel is lost or not delivered within 30 business days of dispatch, we will send a replacement or refund you in full. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns and right of withdrawal
You may return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. Customers resident in the European Union also benefit from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which is covered by this 30-day period. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
9. Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. New Zealand customers benefit from the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Customers in the European Union benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. If an item is damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or for damage resulting from misuse of the products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
11. Personal data
Your personal data is used to process your order and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Customer service and disputes
For any question or complaint, email dylanvrmtpro@gmail.com; we reply within 1–2 business days. We will always try to find an amicable solution first. If no solution is found, you may contact the consumer protection authority of your country (for example, the ACCC or your state fair trading office in Australia, or the Commerce Commission in New Zealand).
13. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts competent under applicable law.
