Do you ship to Australia and New Zealand?

Yes. Shipping is free and tracked on every order to Australia and New Zealand.

How long will my order take?

Will the seat and lumbar cushions fit my chair?

They're designed for most office chairs, home office chairs, gaming chairs and car seats. The lumbar cushion attaches with an adjustable strap. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.

Can I wash the covers?

The cushion covers are removable; check the care instructions on the product page and label.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy.
